"Plutonian Jubilee" is a well-constructed Impulse Tracker (IT) file By Mazedude.  It features a background of altered vocal samples, with flanged guitars underneath various melodic instrumental leads. Variations occur in the use of swing and straight eight feels.  Use of harrmonies and chord progressions add to the effect.  Good use of stereo is also utilized.
